At Courtside Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
